CRPP in the world of fusion
Dr. M. Q.Tran, Director, Centre de Recherches en Physique des Plasmas

An interested audience comprising representatives of both trade organizations and industry attended the meeting. The focus of the discussions addressed the issue of participation of SME’s: how they could improve their chances. A number of practices and tools were mentioned, amongst which:

  • Registering with the Swiss ILO and with F4E
  • Consulting the list of pre-qualified firms and of awarded contracts to identify the key players
  • Increasing exposure, making use of own initiative in contacting either IO or F4E to promote specific competences of individual SME’s
  • Addressing queries to the ILO

Participants were gratified with an apero at the end of the meeting
